Refund & Cancellation Policy

The registration fee for the International Conference on Natural Farming, Naturopathy–Yoga, Meditation & Arogya Expo–2025, jointly organized by International Naturopathy Organisation (INO) and Gujarat Natural Farming Science University (GNFSU), is as follows:

• ₹800 – For INO Members & GNFSU Students
• ₹1000 – For all other Participants

The registration process and payment will be facilitated through PayUMoney via the official INO website.

Refund & Cancellation Terms

• Once the registration fee is successfully paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except:
  • Non-attendance due to any reasonable reason
  • Medical or travel-related issues
• The registration is non-transferable. The delegate slot cannot be transferred or reassigned to another person, institution, or category.
• The registration shall remain valid only for the individual delegate in whose name the payment and registration are made.
• INO & GNFSU reserve the right to modify the conference program, dates, or venue if required due to unavoidable circumstances. However, such changes shall not entitle participants to claim any refund.
• All delegates are requested to retain the confirmation email and payment receipt received from PayUMoney as proof of successful registration.
• Certificate of participation will be given only to those who have paid the registration fee and are present at the Conference/Seminar.
