Natural-Farming-yoga-Naturopathy

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Indian agriculture has always been and is expected to remain in future a vital sector for economy, as it provides essential resources such as food, feed, fodder, fibre, and fuel. It supports over 60 percent of the rural population, accounts for 46 percent of total employment, and contributes around 18 per cent to the national GDP and the scan fairly be termed as the engine of growth of the country. Now a days, natural farming is gaining importance in India. Natural farming in India can significantly impact the Indian economy by reducing costs, increasing farmer income, and promoting environmental sustainability. It offers a shift towards more ecological and socially responsible food production. Yoga, naturopathy, and Aarogya (meaning well-being or health) are interconnected concepts focused on holistic health and wellness, often used in conjunction with each other. Yoga, a practice involving physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, aims to harmonize the mind and body. Naturopathy, an

alternative medicine system, utilizes natural remedies and lifestyle adjustments to promote the body's selfhealing capabilities. When combined, these practices contribute to a holistic approach to health, often referred to as "Arogya" or well-being. Integration of natural farming and Aarogya is quite essential in today's time. Natural farming will lead to man's good Arogya as natural farming is a chemical-free farming preventing many uncured diseases like cancer, heart attack, infertility etc. Through this conference, awareness will be created in the subject of natural farming and Aarogya to students, researchers, scientists, health departments, policy makers etc.
