Doctor's Management Training Camp

During the years 1996–1997, at a seminar on Naturopathy organized at Surya Sadhna Sthali, Jhinjhauli, it was observed for the first time that many naturopathy hospitals and centers operating across the country were facing a serious lack of proper management and skilled manpower.

To address this issue, Doctors Management Training Camps (DMTC) were initiated to ensure effective hospital operations, and residential training programs for the Naturopathy Gram Sevak cadre were started to develop skilled manpower. Along with this, the National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN) also introduced Re-orientation training programs.

The positive and constructive outcomes of these initiatives were evident in the form of improved hospital management and the availability of skilled treatment staff. Through these Doctors Management Training Camps, doctors are provided with management training for smooth functioning of naturopathy hospitals and centers, as well as training related to government schemes.

From 1997 to 2023, lakhs of doctors have already been trained through the DMTC programms.
